I call Cher's look in "Strong Enough" Fire and Ice. We see her character surrounded by chrome and geometric figures. Her hair is platinum and straight. Beautiful rhinestones of various sizes adorn the hair creating a delicate domed cap with smaller rhinestones trailing down the sides of the hair. To compliment her eyes smaller rhinestones are placed at the lower inner corners, centered on the upper lid and beyond the outer corner of the eye. Her pale make up is enhanced with silver and blue creating a cool almost frozen, glistening look. As she sings, the fire of her song and performance change the ice to shimmering reflecting beauty.
